GET THE LOOK

Prep: Shampoo and condition with artistrypro SexyHair Clean Palette Universal Shampoo and artistrypro SexyHair Base Coat Conditioner. Prime and detangle with artistrypro SexyHair Cutting Edge Lightweight Priming Conditioner. Round brush using artistrypro SexyHair Hand Crafted Blow Dry Protection Serum.

Step 1:

Separate from high recession to the top of the ear on both right and left side profiles clipping top hair out of the way.

Step 2:

Starting in right side profile, section hair into 3 pie shaped subsections.

Step 3:

Apply artistrypro SexyHair Cutting Edge Lightweight Priming Conditioner at the root area of the first subsection and work through with fingers from midlengths to ends for hydration.

Step 4:

Create a Bantu Knot by twisting the subsection into a small coil at the base of the scalp and continuing to wrap the rest of the hair around this section.

Pin into place. Repeat movements on remaining subsection.

Step 5:

Using Style SexyHair Play Dirty for added texture and to polish the curls, rake out the curls.

Step 6:

Apply Big SexyHair Powder Play Lite throughout crown area for volume and support at the root area.

Step 7:

Repeat movements on the opposite side.

Step 8:

Use artistrypro SexyHair Avant-Guard Heat Protection & Finishing Spray to finish the style.

For additional lift, volume and support pin hair at base using hairpins.
