VOLUMINOUS GLAM WAVES

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

- Vent brush

GET THE STEPS
Start your holiday style by applying Big SexyHair Root Pump to one-inch sections around the entire head.
Then, comb through to distribute the product throughout hair evenly. Rough dry hair with a blow dryer with the vent brush.
Start by focusing on the roots and brushing the hair upwards to create max volume.
Create a deep side part and continue blow drying hair while maintaining the part. Once the hair is 80-85% dry, switch to a 1.25” round brush and section the hair into 1-2” sections.
Twist the section around the round brush and dry in alternating directions to dry both sides of the hair, making sure to wrap the ends around the brush to create a beveled edge.
Repeat this technique around the whole head. Once you’ve dried the hair, comb through it with a wide-toothed comb to detangle and define the part again.
Begin with a light veil of Spray & Play Hairspray, then create a 2-3” section at the front of the hairline and curl away from the face, wrapping the entire section, including the ends, into the iron.
Slide the hair out of the iron, then roll it up into a Velcro roller and pin it into place to hold and cool.
Repeat this process throughout the mohawk section, using about three rollers.
Moving on to the rest of your hair, curl 1” sections horizontally, again wrapping all of the hair in the barrel.
Slide your hair out of the iron and roll up with a Velcro roller, and secure. Repeat these steps for the rest of the hair, rolling and setting it into place.
Let hair cool for 20 minutes if you’re trying this at home or use a cool setting to quick set your client’s hair.
Gently remove the pins and rollers from hair without disturbing them (i.e., not combing through them until they are all removed).
Using your wide-toothed comb, begin to manipulate curls into place using the comb. Finish off the style with an all-over mist of Big SexyHair Spray & Play.
