WHERE CAN I PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Purchasing options are stated on each product page of our website. Most SexyHair products are available at ULTA Beauty stores and ULTA.com. Professional stylists may purchase our products at SalonCentric and CosmoProf. You can also locate your nearest salon or retailer at https://www.sexyhair.com/find-us. As an additional option, you can send us an email at info@sexyhair.com with your full address and we will respond with your nearest location.

I HAVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THAT WAS PURCHASED AT A SALON OR RETAILER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please return the product to the location where you purchased it. If the product was purchased on sexyhair.com please see our refund policy. For additional information, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@sexyhair.com.

HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS DISCONTINUED?

SexyHair is driven by creativity and innovation. Every so often we must refresh and enhance our product offering. If one of your BFFs has been discontinued, we’re here to help you find what’s sure to be your new favorite product. Please contact info@sexyhair.com with the product you were looking for and we’ll provide you with a replacement recommendation.

ARE SEXYHAIR SHAMPOOS AND CONDITIONERS PARABEN AND SLS/SLES FREE?

Yes, all SexyHair products are paraben and SLS/SLES free.

ARE SEXYHAIR'S FORMULAS SALT-FREE?

Salt-free means the product is produced without added salts. During the manufacturing process, salts, such as Sodium Chloride, may be formed as a residual impurity or by-product from the combination or other raw materials and may be present in the final product at very low levels. SexyHair is taking proactive steps to ensure consumers understand its shampoos and conditioners are formulated without added salt.

WHICH, IF ANY, OF SEXYHAIR'S PRODUCTS ARE VEGAN (CONTAIN NO ANIMAL DERIVED INGREDIENTS OR BY-PRODUCTS)?

The majority of SexyHair’s products are not vegan-friendly. For vegan related inquiries regarding a specific product, please visit www.ulta.com for a complete ingredient listing or contact us directly at info@sexyhair.com.

DOES SEXYHAIR CONDUCT ANIMAL TESTING?

SexyHair, a subsidiary of Henkel, does not commission animal testing unless it is required by a specific applicable law. Henkel continues to intensively work on the development of alternative methods, which could be accepted in lieu of animal testing in the near future.

HOW DO I MAKE A DONATION/IN-KIND REQUESTS

SexyHair receives thousands of donation requests every year. We try to fulfill as many of these requests as possible in a timely fashion, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met. Due to the high volume of requests received, it is important that all requests follow the guidelines set forth below. Please email the request, along with the below information to info@sexyhair.com.

  • All requests must come from a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization and include a tax identification number.
  • An overview of the organization including a list of the organizations board of directors and officers must be included
  • Purpose and descriptions of the project for which the donation will be used.
  • Request must be submitted at least six (6) weeks in advance of the event.
  • Donated product may not be resold for profit.
