Sexy Hair aims to provide exceptional and satisfying customer experiences. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from sexyhair.com, we will issue a refund or exchange. In order to process your refund or exchange, please call our Customer Service line at 1-800-848-3383 to speak with a representative Monday through Thursday from 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. (Pacific Standard Time) or on Friday from 8:30 A.M.-12:00 P.M. (Pacific Standard Time) (excluding holidays) or by email at OnlineSales@SexyHair.com.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of their original purchase date.*
- Product must be unused and free of damage in order to receive a full refund.
- All returns and refunds must be pre-approved by Customer Service.
- Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or improperly shipped.
- Any free product or gift must accompany the return along with the packing sheet to receive a refund to the payment method used on sexyhair.com.
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
- Sexy Hair will issue a refund within 60 days of receiving and processing your return.
* We do not take title to a returned item until it reaches our warehouse. In our sole discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item.
If you purchased your Sexy Hair product from a salon or retailer, please contact the salon or retailer directly.
Shipping Processing Times
Purchases made before 11 AM PT are typically processed the same business day. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods and Carrier Delivery Times
- Standard: 5-9 days
- Ground: 3-5 days
- 2nd Day Air: 2 days
These times reflect the carrier’s delivery time once an order leaves the Sexy Hair warehouse.
Our shipping provider is UPS. For the standard shipping method UPS partners with USPS for the residential leg of their delivery. Your UPS tracking code will be able to track the package even when it transfers from the first part of the delivery with UPS to the final leg of the residential delivery with USPS.
The standard shipping method is available for shipments to the Continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Ground and 2nd Day Air shipping methods are available for shipments to the Continental U.S. only.
Sexy Hair does not ship internationally.
