Go to our website www.sexyhair.com and click on Where to Buy. Type in your zip code and submit. If that does not work, send us an email at info@sexyhair.com with your full address and we will provide the closest salon and/or distributor.
I bought your products at CVS, TARGET, Walmart (or other retail store) and it is defective. What do I do to get a refund or replacement?
We are a professional brand authorized to be sold in salons and/or beauty supplies only. You will need to take your product back to the store for a refund.
Does Sexy Hair test their product on animals?
Sexy Hair does not test on animals.
How are your product ingredients tested?
Sexy Hair uses only ingredients that have already been safety approved by the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA), therefore no further testing is required.
Why doesn’t Sexy Hair print the “no animal testing” disclaimer on their products?
Animal testing is forbidden in the European Union and claiming to do “no animal testing” only reiterates it is abiding by said law and advertising it would therefore be seen as unwarranted. Because we are commercializing our products internationally and are available in over 36 countries, we distribute cans without the claim.
Do you have a list of Gluten Free products?
Yes we do! Go to our products section and “select by type”. Scroll to the section that says “Gluten Free.”
I have a defective can of product. What can I do?
The defective can should be returned to the place of purchase or can be sent in to Sexy Hair customer service for a replacement. If the product was purchased through an unauthorized retail location like CVS or Target you will need to take the product back to them for a refund or replacement.
Do you have manufacture coupons?
Because we deal with distribution customers, we do not provide coupons. However, our distributors and chains accounts (such as Regis, Ulta, JCPenney, etc) do provide end consumers with promotions that you could definitely take advantage of. We are looking to partner with some of them to help spread the word via our FB page when Sexy Hair promotions and savings might be available at their locations.
How can I get MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for your products?
MSDS sheets can be obtained by creating an account and logging into the Professional section of the Sexy Hair website.
